Discover what it's like to be an Electrician! You will participate in hands-on projects to give you a real feel for whether this career is the right one for you. This exploratory program is designed for the student who is thinking about a career in the skilled trades. Your instructor is a licensed and/or certified professional with the ability to introduce you to basic electrical theory and the latest technology.
You will learn about the educational requirements and personal qualities for a job as an electrician, receiving advice on steps you could take soon or now to prepare and position yourself for a successful and lucrative career in the field of Skilled Trades.
Safety glasses and tool provided for class use. Students must wear appropriate attire and closed-toe footwear (no sandals, flipflops, etc.)
