This free program provides educational services to immigrants and other limited English proficient adults to attain the basic skills necessary to function successfully as parents, workers and citizens. Classroom activities will cover English language skills, survival/life skills, workforce/employability skills, family literacy and citizenship knowledge. This program is funded by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 Title II Adult Education and Literacy, NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
