Electrical Apprentice Year 2

Year 2 of the electrical program builds on the basics of Year 1. Topics include alternating current, motor theory and application, lighting, conductor installs-terminations-splicing. Not to miss are discussions regarding conduit bending, grounding/bonding, as well as control systems, circuit breakers and fuses. NCCER materials included. Textbooks are not included in tuition. 
PREREQUISITES: Successful completion of Electrical Year 1 or graduate of an electrical program at a private or state vocational school. Access to the Internet is necessary as some percentage of class is conducted online.
