LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM: The ATI/TEAS assessment is REQUIRED for those prospective students who are interested in gaining entrance to the Licensed Practical Nursing program. ALL PART TIME CAREER PROGRAMS: Students must provide us a copy of their high school or state diploma or transcript; OR, a copy of any postsecondary diploma, certificate or transcript. If such documents are not readily accessible, contact the Continuing Education office for an attestation form giving us information regarding your academic credentials until you are able to fax/email/mail a copy.
