Training topics become more advanced as the curriculum understands the need for the apprentice to become familiar with more sophisticated topics like load calculations, conductor selections, over current protection and distribution equipment. Also included are discussions about installations in hazardous locations, commercial services, motor controls as well as voice, data and video topics. Textbooks are not included in tuition.
PREREQUISITES: Successful completion of Electrical Year 2. Access to the Internet is necessary as some percentage of class is conducted online.
